On top of one hill is a castle, on the other a star-shaped fort. Historic Center

Linking the church, the castle and the fort, the streets of Castro Marim are paved by houses whose simplicity is typical of the architecture of the Algarve. The Grouse is the youngest of the three nine holes with the widest views of the inland hills. Although it only opened in 2008, it is already very mature. It has undulating terrain with fewer trees than the other two courses.

The courses are filled with wildlife, including wild boars, birds and rabbits. Some lucky property owners even spotted the elusive Iberian lynx at The Grouse Course while playing early in the morning.

Campo do Guadiana is a delight, set among beautiful pine trees.

Fast, true greens, several of them elevated and protected by bunkers, inviting elevated tees and dogleg fairways carved into gorges are characteristic of the field.

DESCRIPTION
